In ancient time nankhatai had been made with the use of thali with fire coal. Nowadays we are mostly using microwave. Nan Khatai are so easy to prepare and will take very little of your time. Whipped Cream Frosting
Ingredients
- ¼ tea spoon gelatin
- 1 table spoon water
- 250 grams cream of soft butter
- 4 table spoons icing sugar
- 1 drop vanilla essence
Instructions
- Mix the gelatin in a little water and soak it for 5 minutes.
- Heat on a low flame for 2 minutes until it dissolves completely. Refrigerate the cream. Mix the gelatin solution and cream.
- Refrigerate it for 1 hour. Beat the cream well. Add the sugar and mix well. When it is thick enough add the essence. Spread the cream on the cake with a cone of knife.
Further Details
Instead of vanilla, cocoa can also be added.
