Eggless Indian biscuit which is serve with tea. They are most like to be flavoured with some of the usual ingredients like- green cardamom, saffron, pista. In ancient time nankhatai had been made with the use of thali with fire coal. Nowadays we are mostly using microwave. Nan Khatai are so easy to prepare and will take very little of your time. You can serve it on a tea party or kitty party.

Stuffed Toast
Ingredients
- 150 grams paneer
- 1 big onion
- 2 capsicums
- 2 table spoons butter
- ½ cup tomato ketchup
- 2 table spoons chilli powder
- 1 big packet sandwich bread
- Cheese
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Chop the paneer, onion and capsicums finely.
- Heat the butter in a vessel. Add the onions and fry for few minutes.
- Add the capsicums, paneer, tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, red chilli powder and salt. Mix well.
- Toast the bread slices and cut them into small rounds with the help of a katori.
- Apply butter to it, spread the mixture, and cheese over one slice. Cover with other buttered toast.
- Toast the sandwiches in a toaster of by cooking on a griddle until they are crisp and brown on either side.
Further Details
Bake the sandwich in hot oven for 10 minutes before serving. Serve hot.
