Ingredients For Bread Pulav
2 cup basmati rice
3 tea spoon ghee
1 small bread packet
Crushed ginger-chilli paste
2 tea tomato sauce
2 carrots
1 onion finely chopped
2 potatoes
Oil for frying
Curry leaves
4 cloves garlic
1 table spoon coriander leaves
1 tea spoon cumin seeds
Salt to taste
Method For Bread pulav
Soak the rice. Cook the rice. Drain the rise. Peel the potatoes and carrot. Boil the potatoes and carrot. Cut them in small pieces. Cut onion in ring wise.
Fry the pieces of bread in ghee.
Add potatoes, carrot,coriander leaves, ginger-chilli paste, salt, tomato sauce, bread pieces and garlic in boiled rice. Take ghee in a vessel and heat it. Add cumin seeds in the ghee. Add rice mixture in the vessel.
Spread coriander leaves and dry grapes on it. You can decorate with coconut (deccicated) or khus khus(opium seeds)
